DYYRENT's ​multi-axis chamfering system utilizes ​360° orbital brush arrays rotating at 3,800 RPM with ​adaptive pressure control (50-180N) to eliminate microburrs ≤20μm across hardened steel (HRC 20-55). The ​synchronized counter-rotation mechanism generates 42Hz surface impacts that create 0.1-0.5mm radius chamfers on titanium aerospace fasteners and aluminum die-cast components while maintaining ±0.01mm dimensional accuracy. Integrated laser profilometry continuously monitors edge geometry, automatically adjusting brush oscillation (5-25mm amplitude) to compensate for material hardness variations in automotive transmission gears or copper-nickel alloy semiconductor substrates. Our ISO 13715-certified process achieves 99.5% first-pass yield on complex contours, including medical implant junctions and optical lens mounts, with <0.8μm Ra surface finish durability tested across 10⁶ cycles.
